Lahore Ring Road is Getting Six State-of-the-Art Rest Areas

In a move to facilitate travelers on the Lahore Ring Road, authorities have decided to build state-of-the-art rest areas at six designated locations.

According to the Ring Road Authority, the sites will be offered on lease to financially stable individuals and companies. The authority has completed work on the lease agreement draft and estimated monthly revenue.

Offers will soon be invited for leasing the six locations, each covering a minimum of 4.5 kanal and a maximum of 5 kanal. Each site will feature a petrol station, tuck shop, mosque, restrooms, and food points.

The six selected locations include Adda Plot, Halloki, Kamahan, opposite the airport, and Mehmood Booti.

The Ring Road Authority expects to generate over Rs. 200 million in annual revenue from the successful leasing of these sites. Final work on the lease agreements is underway, and site selection has already been completed.
